实验部分引发的大修

凡是对于如此写实验部分的，至少都是大修，甚至有时会因为怀疑作者实验的真实性而拒稿。
The synthesis of X was conducted by hydrothermal method. Briefly, a solution containing 5g of A and 10 mL of B was prepared. C was mixed with the solution. After 10 min, the mixture solution was put into an autoclave, and heated at 200oC for 3 h. After ambient air cooling to room temperature, blue dry solids could be obtained. The product was dispersed in DMF. Further purified was needed by filter to remove the unreacted organic moieties.
审稿人提出的审稿意见是：
If the authors can add more details to the Experimental so that other groups could repeat it? How much was C used in the solution? What did you need to do during the 5 min, with string or not? How did the authors collect the dry blue solids by filtration or centrifugation? For dispersion in DMF, what is the concentration? What solvents were used to purify X to remove the unreacted organic moieties?
当我们写作实验部分的时候，一个自我检查的标准就是别人能不能拿着我们写得东西重复出来。显然上面的实验步骤是无法重复的。同时也没有给出参考文献，说明这是作者首创的，那么每一步都必须详实，而不是briefly。
