The Lichenologist《地衣学家》（双月刊）. The Lichenologist is the premier scientific journal devoted exclusively to the study of lichens worldwide. As the leading forum for the dissemination of new concepts and topical reviews, The Lichenologist reaches more scientists concerned with the study of lichens and lichen symbionts than any other single journal. Papers are accepted in all areas of lichen biology including taxonomy and systematics, phylogenetics, biogeography, community and population ecology, lichen physiology and anatomy.

Journal of Plant Research《植物研究杂志》（双月刊）. The Journal of Plant Research is an international journal dedicated to the dissemination of fundamental knowledge in all areas (see below disciplines) of basic plant sciences. In addition, the journal welcomes papers in interdisciplinary areas and in newly developing areas of basic plant biology. The journal especially encourages publication of work based on unique approaches and those reporting unprecedented findings. Papers that are purely descriptive with no clear hypothesis are not suitable for this journal. Manuscripts in the area of applied plant sciences, such as agricultural or medicinal research, are accepted only if the manuscripts contribute to basic plant sciences.

The Journal of Plant Physiology is a broad-spectrum journal that welcomes high-quality submissions in all major areas of plant physiology, including plant biochemistry, functional biotechnology, computational and synthetic plant biology, growth and development, photosynthesis and respiration, transport and translocation, plant-microbe interactions, biotic and abiotic stress.

Journal of Plant Interactions《植物相互作用杂志》（年刊）. Journal of Plant Interactions is a fully open access journal that publishes research on the interactions of plants with their surrounding environment. Journal of Plant Interactions aims to inform all plant biologists, plant physiologists, ecologists, mycologists, microbiologists, agronomists, landscape architects, environmental engineers, entomologists, students and all researchers interested in biological struggle and sustainable use of natural resources.

Journal of Plant Growth Regulation《植物生长调节杂志》（月刊）. The Journal of Plant Growth Regulation is an international publication featuring original articles on all aspects of plant growth and development. Published manuscripts report question-based research using hormonal, physiological, environmental, genetic, biophysical, developmental and/or molecular approaches to study the regulation of plant growth.

Journal of Plant Biology《植物生物学杂志》（双月刊）. The Journal of Plant Biology, an official publication of the Korean Society of Plant Biologists, is an international journal devoted to basic researches in biochemistry, cellular biology, development, ecology, genetics, molecular biology, physiology, and systematics of plants.

Journal of Plant Biochemistry and Biotechnology《植物生物化学与生物技术杂志》（季刊）. The Journal publishes review articles, research papers, short communications and commentaries in the areas of plant biochemistry, plant molecular biology, microbial and molecular genetics, DNA finger printing, micropropagation, and plant biotechnology including plant genetic engineering, new molecular tools and techniques, genomics & bioinformatics.

Journal of Phycology《藻类学期刊》（双月刊）. The Journal of Phycology was founded in 1965 by the Phycological Society of America. All aspects of basic and applied research on algae are included to provide a common medium for the ecologist, physiologist, cell biologist, molecular biologist, morphologist, oceanographer, taxonomist, geneticist, and biochemist. The Journal also welcomes research that emphasizes algal interactions with other organisms and the roles of algae as components of natural ecosystems.

Gorteria《荷兰植物档案》（一年1卷）. Gorteria - Dutch Botanical Archives (abbreviation: Gorteria) is published by the Dutch organisations Naturalis, FLORON, and the Royal Dutch Botanical Society (Koninklijke Nederlandse Botanische Vereniging, KNBV). Gorteria is a journal for research on the wild flora of the Netherlands and focuses on plant diversity, floristics, and the distribution and systematics of plant species occurring in the Netherlands. The journal encourages taxonomic treatments and articles on difficult plant complexes, especially if they include identification keys and/or clarify nomenclatural problems.

European Journal of Taxonomy《欧洲分类学期刊》（不定期）. EJT is a fully refereed, international, fully electronic Open Access journal in descriptive taxonomy, covering subjects in zoology (including entomology), botany (in its broadest sense), and palaeontology. EJT-papers must be original and adhere to high scientific (content) and technical (language, artwork, etc.) standards. Manuscripts that are clearly substandard in either of these categories will not be sent out for review. EJT is supported by a consortium of European Natural History Institutes, but its scope is global. Both authorship and geographical region of study need not be European. Authors are, however, strongly encouraged to involve also European Natural History Institutes by consulting material from their collections.
